Hidden Food Tours was founded by Matt and Charla to showcase the East Midlands through its food. Their guided walking tours take in places like Melton Mowbray, Lincoln and Nottingham, bringing together generous tastings with the stories, history and people behind them.
Each tour is led by a local guide and built around independent producers, regional specialities and the lesser-known corners of each town, offering a way of understanding a place through what is made, grown and eaten there.
